On behalf of our On The Border family, we want to reassure each of you that in these uncertain times, the health and well-being of our Guests and Team Members is always our top priority

As with any public health issue, On The Border is working with key partners to understand, prevent, and mitigate any impact to our restaurants of coronavirus (COVID-19). In addition to our standard safety and cleaning procedures, we are following all guidelines and protocols issued by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), state and local public health departments.

In addition, we continue to ensure the best personal preventative actions from our Team Members, while also maintaining strict cleaning standards throughout our restaurants. This includes:

  • Adhering to our thorough cleaning procedures in every restaurant, every day.
  • Disinfecting high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, menus, tabletops, and chairs at increased frequencies.
  • Prominently offering hand sanitizer dispensers near restrooms, host stands, and to-go areas.
  • Ensuring all symptomatic Team Members remain at home to focus on their recovery and well-being.
