Is your Queso, and cheeses used in your restaurants, pasteurized?

Yes, all cheeses in our restaurants, including our Queso, are pasteurized.

What kind of oil do you use in your fryers?

We use trans-fat free soybean oil in our fryers.

Do you offer Reservations and Call Ahead Seating?

All of our locations offer call ahead seating. We typically do not take reservations, however please feel free to call your local restaurant directly and ask to speak to the manager on duty. The manager will be able to answer your questions with accuracy and assist you with planning your event.

Do your restaurants have private party rooms?

Not all of our locations have a private party room. Please call your local restaurant directly and ask to speak to the manager on duty.

Do you offer fundraising opportunities?

Please contact your local On The Border and ask to speak with the General Manager. The best time to call is between 2pm-5pm.

How do I request a food donation?

Please contact your local On The Border and ask to speak with the General Manager. The best time to call is between 2pm-5pm.

How to I make changes to my Club Cantina (email club) profile?

At the bottom of any email Club Cantina email received, you will see the links "update your information" and "unsubscribe". If you no longer have an email from us, please send us an email through our Contact Us page.
